Our client, a reputable high-end metropolitan Real Estate Development and Investment firm, seeks to hire Real Estate Investment Advisor(Sales), whose primary responsibility will be to bring in new businesses/clients, and ensure instalment payments are made accordingly. As an Investment Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting your sales targets monthly and quarterly which will be used for building development projects to meet our clients’ needs and fulfil our obligation as an organization.

Job Title: Real Estate Investment Advisor-Sales
Location: Lekki phase 1, Lagos

Number of positions: 10

Remuneration: Basic Salary: NGN200,000.00 – NGN300,000.00, PLUS - Commission, annual training, HMO, Leave allowance, weekly sales activity allowance, Monthly/Quarterly spiffs for outstanding performance, Official phone, Executive coaching

Responsibilities:
· Delving into the HNI (High Net worth Individuals) community via networking, seeking new prospects.
· Generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities for the company.
· Close Real Estate deals for the company.
· Analyze the real estate market and report findings with new suggestions on how to drive sales of company properties and products.
· Use the CRM to record all sales activities, calls, meetings, inspections, sales and other
necessary information.

Requirements:
· BSC/HND from a recognized Higher Institution
· 2-4years real estate sales experience, with a strong track record of excellent performance
· Good presentation skills using PowerPoint and any analytic tools. Good command of spoken English and written.
· Luxury Real Estate market analytical skills.
· Strong interpersonal and networking skills
· Ability to work with tight deadlines.
· Ability to work in teams.
· Ability to follow all required work processes.
· Strong and admirable networking skills.
· Must know how to write formal emails and letters using the right tone and words.
