West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals is the umbrella body of Customer Service, Customer Experience and Virtual Assistance practitioners in the ECOWAS region.

With the Professional course in customer service concluded last weekend, we now have the two (2) practical trainings on:

-Virtual Assistant fundamentals.

and

-CRM practicals

to follow this weekend and wrap up the 2nd diet for 2024 of the ECOWAS professional certification in customer service.

Portal opens for both programs Wednesday Nov 13, classes starts Nov 14.

Looking forward to another rewarding and enriching experience.

Congratulations (and they are indeed) to WAACSP’s head of ITamd technology deployment Mr Dave. 🎂 🎉 🍾 🎈 🎉

It’s customer service week in a few weeks, as it’s customary with us, we have capacity building workshop/training for CS/CX and career professionals.

This year’s CSW free webinar focuses on building capacity and skills for remote/online jobs. The two trainings are:
