*The Data Analytics in Customer Experience (DACX) program.*
A Weekends - (3 stages & project) hands on full practical program fusing Data Analytics & customer experience management.
Outcome:
The DACX program will expose participants to the use of data and data science in CS/CX processes to show customer behaviour and patterns, trends, market performance & share, projections, predictive business direction + more.
Applications & metrics of the program:
PowerBI and Tableau are the major Data analytics tools for the program while all key CX metrics: Csat, NPS, CES, CCR, CLV will be practically taught.
Outlay:
The program is divided into 3 stages and a project.
The project phase:
Participants will
-Select a sector/sub sector.
-Select an organization
-Access data, interrogate and
work with the data made available from the Nigeria Customer Service Index (NCSI)
And
-upon completion, present your project research work to the faculty and the researched organization with findings and recommendations.
Program duration:
July - September 2026.
