THE EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT LEADER
Litesol Consultancy Ltd.’s Emotional Intelligence learning sessions will better prepare participants to adequately and confidently answer the following questions:
• What new organizational dimensions have I brought to my service that have added unforeseen value and new direction, processes, products, and services to the organization?
• To what extent have I grown and been a catalyst for transformation within the organization; and, how have I joined with other catalysts to stimulate the necessary transformation within me and the organization?
• How are we better prepared for future challenges; and, to what extent are we better prepared than our competitors to shape the future?
Participants will also discover and examine how to develop and apply the Twelve Essential Character Attributes of the Emotionally Intelligent Transformational Leader in their professional lives and in managing their teams and transformations in their organizations. They will develop a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of their own Professional Profiles, those of their team members, those of their colleagues, and those of members of the upper echelons of their organizations. Moreover, they will learn to utilize the Professional Profile framework as a planning and organizing instrument for building and enhancing their professional teams.
Case studies of successful transformation will be used to stimulate discussion and planning. Each participant will be provided the book Emotional Intelligence 2.0, by Travis Bradberry and Jean Greaves, as a source of study during the training and reference beyond.
