Our client is into Insurance, Financial Services, Property Letting & Management.
They have given us mandate to recruit for the following positions:
1. General Manager - (NO 2 Position in the organization)
- Qualification and Skills Required:
A male with BSC/HND (MBA or professional qualification not compulsory but can be added advantage).
o This candidate needs not be an Insurance practitioner. But must have financial institution knowledge to be comfortable marketing and selling Insurance related services.
o Business development skills
o Leadership skills
o Profit & loss mentality
o A motivator
- Experience: 10yrs and above
- Salary: N4m (Negotiable)
2. Business Development Manager
- Qualification and Skills Required:
A male or female with BSC/HND
o Must be an Insurance industry practitioner.
o Must have business development skills.
o Must have interpersonal skills.
o Must be certified ACIIN
- Experience: 5yrs
- Salary: N1.5 – 2.7m
3. Relationship Manager -
- Qualification and Skills Required:
A female with BSC/HND
o Manage existing and new businesses
o Recently qualified or about to (ACIIN)
- Experience: 2-5yrs
- Salary: N1 – 2million
4. Head, Human Capital Management, Property Management & Legal
- Qualification and Skills Required:
A female with LLB, BL
o A lawyer who has a flair for humanitarian, property management, drafting of agreement
- Experience: 5-10yrs
- Salary: N 2.4-2.7million
- Profitability/share of profit
