In 2010, they added a new venture - PremiumWares Worldwide - to their
growing range of business interests. PremiumWares is a multi-competence organisation that specialises in the sourcing and setting up of medium to high end Sanitary wares and Tiles for individuals, groups and corporate organisations. It also offers a unique training program for individuals and groups in the art of Tile Fixing – first of its kind on the African continent. Property developers and construction engineers can send relevant staff on this training, to enable them deliver improved interior finishing in building projects. Successful trainees become "Tile Masters" (i.e. persons with certified practical competence to lay tiles in aesthetically pleasing and durable fashion). Property owners, if aware, can request builders or developers they contract, to ensure “Tile Masters” are used, to guarantee visually pleasing and durable finishing. Incidentally, it was the painful – and costly - experiences the Oluwakunles had in completing the interior design of their own home, that exposed, to them, the need for these unique solutions in the Nigerian market. There is an unmet need for a reliable source of superior performing finishing materials, delivered and installed by skilled interior design finishing workforce. As Bunmi said: “It occurred to us, that there would be others like us, not satisfied with the substandard quality of existing materials and manpower. PremiumWares was established to address their needs, and set a higher, more reliable standard in the industry.”
Apart from PremiumWares, Anu and Bunmi Oluwakunle also run EngiLog Systems (a home security, home automation and water management company), as well as Royal Gifts and Adverts (an advertisement support services company that specialises in corporate branding services and below-the-line advertisement). Since 2007, their client list has grown to include notable individuals and companies like British American Tobacco Nigeria, 141 Worldwide Advertising Agency, Cadbury Nigeria Plc, SO & U Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising Agency and others.
