Position: Group Head, Account (Client) Management
Location: Lagos

Role Summary: The incumbent oversees the Account Management team, provides guidance on clients management and advisory services, scouts for new businesses and acts as an integral part of the Management team.
Job Description:
Oversee the correct handling of cost estimates, pre-payments, cost control procedures and invoicing in his/her team, while monitoring costs, time and cost-revenue statistics
Responsible for personnel planning, recruitment, evaluations, training and promotions for associates, within the ambit of authority given.
Actively engage the clients in communications initiatives in collaboration with other departments and management staff
Actively seek opportunities for growing the agency’s business, build its franchise with current clients and enhance the agency’s creative and brand building reputation, in conjunction with other departments
Contribute to strategic thinking and provides input and added value to key agency work
Recognize outstanding, i.e. precise and ingenious, brand-building creative ideas and decides along with the Account Strategy Director and Creative Director which work will be presented to the client.
Responsible for satisfying the client while maintaining agency efficiency and account profitability
Develop the client contracts together with the Head, Finance and ensure that the terms and conditions of client contracts are respected
Required Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree/Higher National Diploma, APCON member, 7 years' cognate experience; excellent communication skills; attentiveness to details; ability to work with numbers; good interpersonal skills with high level of tact; excellent people management skills.
