Job type: Full time
Salary: Very attractive
Required Travel: 50%
Location: Preferably Lagos State or you must be able to travel (within Nigeria)

The individual will support a variety of business and operational support needs.
The position requires a professional individual with a high standard of quality and efficiency.
This position will require the candidate to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pro-actively manage and complete their tasks.
The candidate will be required to think critically and solve problems in a self-sufficient manner with support provided as needed.
Create leads through networking, events and referral systems
Representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings
Participating in event marketing, and Conventions Generating brand awareness
Providing feedback and insight on products
Representing Temnnys through multiple online channels, including facebook live, Instagram live, snapchat, etc
Modeling Temnnys products and communicating value to our online following.
Maintaining and increasing our overall social strategy, including responding to customer feedback, scheduling social media content, and actively engaging with customers and fans.
Creating, curating, and publishing high quality, original content, including writing, visual design, photography, and video.
Developing and managing Temnnys brand awareness and online reputation.
Develop a deep understanding of Temnnys brand and offerings to correctly communicate with customers.
Able to represent the company at different events; run random errands.
Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter who has a lot of enthusiasm and drives
Credible and able to liaise with people at all levels.
Must possess good numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of all major social platforms, particularly facebook live, Instagram live, youtube, SnapChat, and others as necessary.
Polished on-camera presence with an ability to communicate clearly and innately with our social media followers.
Strong background in content development and creation.
Excellent attention to detail, taking initiative and promotes a positive working environment
Ability to establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance
Intermediate or Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; specifically Word and Excel
Trustworthy and Loyal

I would like to discuss a few challenges you may face as a new entrepreneurs and ways to conquer them.
1) Do something you believe in and are passionate about.
2) Make sure your business is providing a solution; it must be the answer to a problem.
3) Referrals from past clients will almost guarantee your success.
4) Sell calmly, don’t be pushy, but wait for them to come to a decision on their own.
