Reports To: PCH – Packaging.

Job Description

Prepare & execute Quarterly Naira 33M Sales Go to market plan.
Responsible for Lead Generation & Opening New Accounts.
Identify potential customer list (Pharmaceutical Companies), meet decision makers & push them to make buying decision.
Convert Above Leads to Active & Regular Business.
With Each Account
o Understand their Monthly Requirement.
o Understand Our Competition: Difference in Product, Price & Other Service Offerings.
o Maximize Business with each Customer.
o Sign longer lasting and higher value deals.
Maintaining and increasing sales of glass bottles.
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.

Desired Skills & Experience

8 + Years of proven track record of selling packaging products to B2B.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self - confidence and an ability to speak confidently about an industry as well as a company's product/services.
Able to express ideas clearly and confidently in speech.
Determination to get things done. Make things happen & constantly looking for better ways of doing things.
Able to plan activities & carry them through effectively.
Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and able to work to deadlines.
Gather information systematically to establish facts & principles. Problem solving.
Understand the commercial realities affecting the organization.
Maintains effective performance under pressure.
Able to decide what steps are needed to achieve particular goals and then implement these.
Preferably from Beta Glass / Church gate Glass / Frigo Glass (These are the company’s manufacturing Glass bottles in Nigeria).

Six Months Deliverables.

- Achieve sales target of Naira 133 Million annually.
- Quarter 1 – Naira 33 Million sales.
- Quarter 2 – Naira 33 Million sales.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform incoming materials sampling, inspection and approvals.
Perform regular in-process quality checks on products, processes and safety to ensure compliance to the required quality standard.
Perform set-up inspections including setting accept / reject standards, to establish quality criteria for each batch.
Provide timely fault analysis reports to production department to prevent scrap.
Conduct calibration check on testing equipments.
Perform quality documentation - records keeping and data entry.
Perform customer compliant sampling test.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Male.
Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2+ years relevant quality inspection activities experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge in plastic processes and failure mechanisms.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate technical issues and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge in laboratory testing principle, Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP) and Quality Control (QC) principles.
Good reporting skills.
Computer literate.
