Job Description
Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Reports To: CMN, CEO
Position Overview: The responsibilities of this position are to manage and execute the business and business contacts of Blended Nigeria.
These duties will be performed in close collaboration and coordination with the Country Manager-Nigeria and the Lagos/Abuja Offices Account Managers.
The position requires an energetic and efficient professional capable of excelling at different levels across a broad spectrum of human resources issues.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Social Sciences with at least two years of continuous professional experience in recruitment and training or consultancy environment.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and actively engage business contacts, existing clients as well as be outgoing and build relationships with ease.
This position requires extensive communications with small and large organisations in varying industry sectors with excellent social and people skills
