Be the Engine Behind Seamless Travel Experiences

FlowInsight Travels & Tour is looking for a fast, accurate, and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to manage flight reservations, ticket issuance, revalidation, refunds, and travel support for our corporate and retail clients.

What You’ll Do:
Handle domestic & international flight bookings
Issue, reissue, cancel & revalidate tickets
Process refunds & manage ticket changes
Provide fare quotes & travel advisory
Use GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)
Deliver excellent customer support

Who We’re Looking For:
OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field
1–3 years experience as a Ticketing Officer
Strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented & able to work under pressure
