THE PROOF OF THE CALL!

A genuine call is not proven by the title you carry, but by the lives you transform, the people you raise, and the impact you leave behind.

As a Talent Apostle, I have come to understand that God does not give us talents merely for personal achievement. He gives us influence so we can discover, develop, deploy, and raise others for His purpose.

📖 “By this my Father is glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.” — John 15:8

The proof of my call is not in how many people know my name.

1. The proof is in the talents that discover their purpose.
2. The lives that gain direction.
3. The gifts that find expression.
4. The young people who rise with confidence...And the impact that continues even when I am not in the room.

Paul reminded Timothy:

📖 “Neglect not the gift that is in thee…” — 1 Timothy 4:14

Our assignment is simple: help people recognize what God has placed inside them, develop it, and deploy it for kingdom impact.

We are not just building talents.

We are raising people who will use their gifts to influence their generation for Christ.

That is the proof of the call.
That is the burden.
That is the assignment.

Imagine that every person is born carrying a bag.

Inside that bag are things you cannot always see immediately:

1. Gifts
2. Talents
3. Ideas
4. Purpose
5. Opportunities
5. Relationships
6. Experiences
7. Resources
8. Potential

The tragedy is that many people spend their lives admiring other people's bags while neglecting what is inside their own.

Your assignment is not to carry someone else's bag.

Your assignment is to discover what God put in yours, develop it, and use it to serve others.

This connects beautifully with Matthew 5:16:

“Let your light so shine before men…”

BEFORE OTHERS FUND YOUR VISION, YOU MAY HAVE TO FUND IT YOURSELF!

There is a side of building a vision that people rarely see.

1. They see the stage.

2. They see the success stories.

3. They see the young talents smiling.

4. They see the Makurdi Talent Exhibition and other talent initiatives.

But they don't always see the sacrifice behind the vision.

PLEASE NOTE!!!

As a vision owner, I have learned that sometimes you have to put your own resources, comfort, time, opportunities, and even assets on the line before others can see what you see.

There have been moments when I have made difficult financial decisions, including selling property and reinvesting earnings from my technology company into talent-development projects, because I believe strongly in what we are building.

Not because it is easy.

Not because there is always enough funding.

But because purpose demands responsibility...

WHY WOULD SOMEONE DO THIS?

Because I believe there is a generation of young people carrying incredible gifts.

1. Some have talent but no platform.

2. Some have ideas but no resources.

3. Some have potential but no mentorship.

4. Some simply need someone to believe in them.

And I believe that if we want to see sustainable transformation, someone has to be willing to invest before the results become obvious.

That is what vision owners must understand:

A VISION WITHOUT SACRIFICE CAN REMAIN A DREAM.

Building something meaningful requires:

1. Faith.
2. Discipline.
3. Patience.
4. Personal investment.
5. Strategic partnerships.
6. Consistency.
And sacrifice.

But there is an important lesson I have also learned:

SACRIFICE MUST BE STRATEGIC.

You don't destroy your future to prove that you believe in your vision.

1. You build sustainability around the vision.

2. You create businesses that can generate revenue.

3. You reinvest profits.

4. You build partnerships.

5. You attract sponsors.

5. You develop systems.

6. You measure impact.

And you gradually create a structure where the vision can outlive the founder.

That is the goal.

I don't want the Kingdom Talent Project, Makurdi Talent Exhibition, or any other initiative I build to depend forever on my personal resources.

I want to build a sustainable ecosystem where businesses, sponsors, governments, churches, foundations, investors, mentors, media platforms, and communities can collectively invest in the next generation.

WHY WE MUST SUPPORT THE KINGDOM TALENT PROJECT

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” — Matthew 5:16

As a global faith-based talent coach, I have come to understand one important truth:

There is a generation carrying extraordinary gifts, but many of those gifts are still waiting for the right platform, mentorship, and opportunity.

That is why the Kingdom Talent Project matters.

This is not just another talent program.

It is a purpose-driven movement designed to discover, develop, mentor, and deploy talents for kingdom and societal impact.

WHY SHOULD WE SUPPORT IT?

1️⃣ Because talent is a gift from God.

Every young person carries something valuable. Our responsibility is not only to celebrate talent when it becomes successful, but to help nurture it while it is still developing.

2️⃣ Because potential needs a platform.

Talent can remain hidden when there is no opportunity to showcase it. The Kingdom Talent Project creates platforms where young people can be seen, heard, mentored, and connected to opportunities.

3️⃣ Because mentorship can change a destiny.

Sometimes, a young person doesn't need another lecture.

They need someone who believes in them.

They need guidance.

They need someone to help them avoid costly mistakes and discover the possibilities ahead.

4️⃣ Because the Kingdom needs skilled people.

We need creatives, entrepreneurs, technologists, communicators, artists, leaders, innovators, and professionals who will use their gifts with excellence and godly character.

5️⃣ Because Africa's future is in its people.

When we invest in talent, we are not simply investing in individuals.

We are investing in families, communities, industries, churches, economies, and the future of Africa.
