Job Title: Secretary

Job Responsibilities
o Undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the Front Desk
o Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
o Welcome guests accordingly
o Answer questions and address complaints
o Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
o Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
o Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc
o Check, sort and forward emails
o Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
o Keep updated records and files.
Requirements
o Interested candidates should posses an OND or HND in any discipline
o Minimum of one year experience
o Must be attractive and intellectually sound
o Must be highly professional with good dress sense.
o Should be result oriented and highly confidential.
o Must be proactive and willing to take up new challenges.
o Applicants MUST reside within EGBEDA and environ.
