Job Title: Secretary

Job Responsibilities
o Undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the Front Desk
o Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
o Welcome guests accordingly
o Answer questions and address complaints
o Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
o Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
o Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc
o Check, sort and forward emails
o Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
o Keep updated records and files.
Requirements
o Interested candidates should posses an OND or HND in any discipline
o Minimum of one year experience
o Must be attractive and intellectually sound
o Must be highly professional with good dress sense.
o Should be result oriented and highly confidential.
o Must be proactive and willing to take up new challenges.
o Applicants MUST reside within EGBEDA and environ.

Job Title: Fleet Manager

Location: Abuja,

FSG Works Solutions International Ltd. is recruiting to fill the position of: Fleet Manager. The position is located in Abuja. Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification with 2 – 3 years’ work experience.

Principal Accountabilities
o Monitor and ensure fleet operation are in compliance with local and state rules and regulations.
o Perform vehicle registration, insurance and formalities and documentation regarding induction of new vehicles in existing fleet.
o Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends.
o Streamline and monitor fuel purchase system with assistance of Fuel Cards for all vehicles and drivers.
o Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to manage entire fleet to achieve company objectives.
o Providing reports to management on incident, maintenance and fleet progress.
Qualifications / Experiences
o HND / B.Sc in Mechanical, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field.
o Minimum of 7 years of general supervisory experience in Transport Industry
o Knowledge of applicable transport laws and regulations.
o Familiar with various types of safety gear and their application.
o Membership of Professional body is an added advantage.
