Job Title: Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator

Organization: Farm-to-Table Agricultural & Food Processing Company

Location: Lagos/Ibadan

Work Type: Hybrid

Salary: ₦180,000

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer enquiries across WhatsApp, phone, email, social media & other digital channels
* Process customer orders, verify payments & coordinate dispatch & deliveries
* Keep customers updated on order, dispatch & delivery status
* Resolve customer complaints promptly while delivering an excellent customer experience
* Coordinate daily order fulfilment with Production, Logistics, Dispatch Riders & Management
* Liaise with stockists, distributors, wholesale & corporate clients
* Prepare production schedules based on confirmed orders
* Maintain accurate records & prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production & Logistics teams
* Perform other duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

* Female/Male
* 25–35 years
* HND/Bachelor’s Degree
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Sales Operations, Logistics, Retail Operations, Food Service or a similar role
* Previous experience in a food processing company, restaurant, FMCG, agricultural business, logistics or e-commerce company is required
* Excellent communication, customer service, organizational & problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM & other digital tools
* Ability to prepare reports, maintain accurate records & analyse basic business data
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
* Honest, proactive, highly organized & detail-oriented
* Personal computer, reliable internet access & prompt response to customer enquiries outside normal working hours when reasonably possible are required
