DESCRIPTION: DKT NIGERIA is set to recruit Creative Designer based in Lagos state. We are looking for a smart, dynamic, self-motivated, creative and committed individual to fill this position:

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Work with design techniques, tools, and principles
Develop videos and animations
Create and design visual elements such as advertisements, product packaging artworks, logos, brochures, medical detailing aids, point of sales materials (POSM), social media visuals and posts, newsletters, consumer fliers, web pages and other communication materials
Media production, communication, and dissemination techniques
Updating the site regularly with new content or information
Updating security patches and plugins
Maintain internal tools for managing site structure, data, security, using CMS (WordPress)

Qualification / Experience

2-5 years of work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic art, computer science, information technology, computer engineering or related field.
Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP
Experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress and others)
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and the web.
Understand browser capabilities
Understand the commercial value of graphic design
Ability to use adobe creative cloud to create images, videos, and other design content
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Organization, ability to juggle multiple projects
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
Excellent eye for detail.
Strong analytical skills

Job Description

This position will be in charge of the Business engagement for Flexi, sourcing for funding, post-loan disposal of assets, Flexi calculation and strategies for growth, with duties including market research, and recommending upgrades when necessary.

Responsibilities

Drive Business engagement with partners to derive strategic partnerships for funding and delivery of Flexi (Cooperate Lending and Co-Lending).
Identifying viable business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
The ultimate success of the Flexi Business: sustainable product-market fit and profitability.
Manage Flexi products portfolio.
Manage post-loan asset disposal.
Drive engagements of partners for loan collection outsourcing and asset package sale.

Product reporting and analysis for informed decision-making.
Assist the Risk and Compliance Department with NPL management and reporting.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of work experience in Business Development and credit is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
