Key Responsibilities:
* Provide visionary leadership and direction to the school community.
* Oversee academic programs, curriculum development, and assessment processes.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive school environment for all students.
* Manage the school’s budget and resources effectively.
* Build strong relationships with parents, faculty, and community stakeholders.
* Lead faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Education Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in educational leadership.
