🌺 HELP ME WALK AGAIN – I NEED YOUR SUPPORT FOR As LIFE-SAVING SURGERY 💔
I never imagined that I’d be in this position — asking for help to walk again — but today, I need you. Your generosity can be the turning point in my journey from pain to recovery. (But what can I say🤷, life can bring us things we never envisaged).
Dear friends, kind-hearted strangers, and everyone who believes in kindness,
My name is Amarachi Imonigie. Last December, my life took a turn I never ever could have imagined when I was hit by a vehicle around akponbor bridge at Lagos Island.
It happened like a flash, the impart was huge. That accident left me with a severe femoral fracture and deep avulsion injuries that tore through my thighs. I spent 5months on admission at the hospital because of how extensive the injuries were. Since then, I’ve undergone two bone surgeries and one plastic surgery. I had so much hope… but sadly, the second bone surgery and the plastic reconstruction failed.
💔 I am still in constant, excruciating pain.
💔 I can’t walk or move freely.
💔 I live with an open wound that hasn’t healed.
💔 Every day feels like a battle.
Now, my doctors say I must undergo another urgent surgery — a major one — if I am ever going to walk again or live free from pain. But the cost is overwhelming, and my family and I can no longer afford it.
This is why I’m reaching out to you with a plea for help.
The surgery is urgent.
The cost is far beyond what I can raise alone.
