Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 8:45 AM – 6:30 PM
Sunday: Closed

Additional one day off weekly (Total: 2 days off/week)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Social Media Executive who can actively generate revenue both online and in-store. This role is not just about posting content — it requires someone who understands how to convert attention into sales through strategic content, ads, and direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers across Instagram, WhatsApp, and in-store, converting inquiries into sales
Create compelling content (videos, photos, captions) aligned with the Binash brand
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ads (Instagram & Facebook) for sales conversion
Drive daily sales through proactive outreach and follow-ups
Maintain showroom standards, including bed setup and product presentation
Assist customers in-store with product selection and upselling
Handle administrative and order-processing tasks efficiently
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales + social media marketing (ads & content creation)
Strong ability to close sales, not just generate leads
Experience running paid ads with measurable results
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality
Highly organized and proactive
Basic knowledge of ERP tools is an advantage

What We Offer:
Monthly Salary: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000
