Our company has clear rules regarding the work and rest arrangements for Filipino domestic helpers to ensure efficiency and proper discipline. On their rest day, helpers are required to stay at home and are not allowed to go out.
During working hours, helpers are expected to focus on their duties and are not allowed to use their phones or access any social media. This arrangement is intended to maintain work productivity while also protecting the privacy and security of the employer’s household.
We aim to create a safe, orderly, and mutually respectful environment through these clear guidelines.

我们公司对菲律宾女佣有明确的工作与休息规定，以确保工作效率与良好纪律。女佣的休息日为在雇主家中休息，不允许外出。在工作时间内，女佣需专心完成工作职责，不得使用电话，也不允许使用任何社交媒体。此安排旨在保障工作专注度，同时也维护雇主家庭的隐私与安全。我们希望通过清晰的规范，让双方都能在一个安心、有序的环境中相处。
