We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to manage our dealer and stockist network while growing the spare parts business across Malaysia.

What You’ll Do
1. Manage and support Dealer & Stockist accounts to achieve spare parts sales targets
2. Conduct regular dealer visits to review performance and identify growth opportunities
3. Handle dealer inquiries on pricing, availability, order processing, and issue resolution
4. Guide and support Executives / Junior Executives in sales and operational matters
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to propose effective sales campaigns
6. Work cross‑functionally with Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Technical teams
7. Support sales forecasting, reporting, and spare parts planning activities

What We’re Looking For
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, spare parts planning, or dealer management
3. Automotive or industrial spare parts experience is an advantage
4. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
6. Willing to travel to dealers nationwide

1️⃣ Purchasing Planning
- Handle applications and approvals with government agencies (MIDA, MITI, Customs, M*F).
- Liaise with government officers, agents, and internal teams on customs matters.
- Renew licenses and manage import/export documents.
- Prepare and file invoices from forwarding agents.
- Manage scrap disposal approvals and excise duty applications.
- Support budget planning, supplier risk management, and related documentation.

2️⃣ Cost Engineering Engineer
- Plan and manage parts costing in line with global strategies.
- Request and review supplier quotations (RFQ) and perform cost analysis before management approval.
- Select suppliers based on Quality, Cost, and Delivery criteria.
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Prepare cost analysis and VAVE for new model and mass production parts.
- Source and develop local suppliers to support localization.
- Update costs based on exchange rate changes and market trends.
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet target cost levels.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings for cost evaluation.

3️⃣ General Purchase Executive
- Handle overall indirect material purchases for the factory and sales branches.
- Manage end-to-end procurement: sourcing, negotiating, and placing orders.
- Select suppliers for new parts and services.
- Negotiate purchase terms to benefit the company.
- Renew licenses related to paint and chemicals.
- Report any abnormalities at the workplace or supplier site.
- Plan and work towards section KPI targets.
- Follow up daily on items pending checking or confirmation.
