What an amazing day of badminton tournament at Fuza Sport Arena, Kulim on 8 August 2026!

A total of 98 participants joined the tournament, making it one of the most exciting employee engagement activities of the year.

The tournament was more than just competition. It was a platform to promote a healthy lifestyle, encourage employee engagement, and strengthen friendships among colleagues through sports.

What a fantastic day of teamwork, collaboration, and adventure at our BSH Treasure Hunt Event, held on 25 July 2026 at Design Village, Batu Kawan! 🎯🎉

Bringing together 204 participants, the event featured five (5) exciting game stations designed to challenge teams in communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. Through every challenge, participants demonstrated the power of teamwork while working towards a common goal.

Beyond the fun and friendly competition, the event successfully strengthened employee engagement, fostered stronger team bonding, and created meaningful connections across departments.

Boon Siew Honda believes that building a sustainable future starts with our people.

On 26 June 2026, we successfully hosted BSH Energy² Day at Batu Kawan, a meaningful initiative jointly organized by our Safety & Health Department and Facilities Management Department to promote both energy conservation and healthy living among our associates.

The event brought together all associates across morning and evening sessions and was made even more meaningful through the support and collaboration of our external collaborators, Shan Farm - ViTrox Agritech Sdn Bhd and Yakult, who contributed to the learning experience and employee engagement activities throughout the day.

⚽🏆 Teamwork On and Off the Court

On 6 June 2026, the 103Ki Boon Siew Honda Futsal Tournament brought together approximately 124 associates, with 16 men's teams and 4 women's teams taking part in a day of friendly competition and team bonding.

The tournament began with an opening ceremony attended by BSH Top Management, who officially kicked off the event with a symbolic goal-pass session. From the group-stage matches to the finals, associates showed great teamwork, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm throughout the day.

Congratulations to all participating teams and tournament winners and thank you to everyone who helped organize and support the event.

Beyond the matches, we hope the tournament provided an opportunity for associates from different departments and locations to connect, build new friendships, and enjoy time together outside of work.

We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to manage our dealer and stockist network while growing the spare parts business across Malaysia.

What You’ll Do
1. Manage and support Dealer & Stockist accounts to achieve spare parts sales targets
2. Conduct regular dealer visits to review performance and identify growth opportunities
3. Handle dealer inquiries on pricing, availability, order processing, and issue resolution
4. Guide and support Executives / Junior Executives in sales and operational matters
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to propose effective sales campaigns
6. Work cross‑functionally with Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Technical teams
7. Support sales forecasting, reporting, and spare parts planning activities

What We’re Looking For
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, spare parts planning, or dealer management
3. Automotive or industrial spare parts experience is an advantage
4. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
6. Willing to travel to dealers nationwide
