CORE RESPONSIBILITY: Oversee raw material receiving process.
Job Task: Coordinate with Buyer on daily raw material (RM) receiving schedule.

Work with Warehouse Executives and receiving leadman to ensure on time DO posting of receiving goods in Oracle.
Ensure RM received are in safe and good quality conditions, properly label with barcode and move into storage area on time.
Coordinate with QC department on Incoming Quality Check (IQC) sampling.

CORE RESPONSIBILITY:

Assist Raw Material Prebatch Picking Activities
Coordinate with Production and/or Supply Chain on Daily batch RM requirements (picklist).
Assign pick list to warehouse operator and perform RM reservation in Oracle after picked.
Ensure prebatch material picked are in safe and good quality conditions, properly label with batch number and move into production staging area on time.
Ensure balance return material from production are in safe and good quality conditions and move into storage location on time.
Support Warehouse Inventory Management
Maintain a good 5S and safe work environment in warehouse according to company requirements.
Support weekly cycle count, transaction review, variance analysis, 3PL stock mirror matching and other activities to sustain inventory accuracy.
Backup warehouse executives on RM replenishment from 3PL warehouse.
Coordinate with various department (e.g. QC, R&D, Buyer, Planners, etc) on sample request.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
Required : Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
Preferred:Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in SC Management/ BA/ Logistic/Warehouse Management or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required: Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
