Vacancy position: Program Assistant in Penang island
Position Type: Temporary for 2 months (22nd Apr - 22 Jun 2016)
Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Monthly Salary range: RM1200 - RM1500
Min. Qualification: SPM and above
Language: English & Mandarin
Required Skills: Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
Transport: Own
Job Description:-
· Assist sales team with inventory analysis, including price and inventory availability for pre-buy
· Processing of customer’s return and Sales Order orders placement.
· To be the contact point for assigned suppliers if applicable.
· To ensure product shipment and delivery, process customer return and track delivery information
· To plan based on customer forecast & requirement to maintain adequate pipeline.
· To generate and analyze SAP reports as requested by suppliers/Customers
