We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our pharmaceutical GMP factory in Kulim, Kedah. This full-time position is essential for leading our QA team and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Establishing, implementing, and maintaining QA processes in line with cGMP, PIC/S, ISO 13585, BP, and other pharmaceutical regulations.
- Leading internal audits and supporting external inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Reviewing and approving SOPs, batch records, and quality control reports.
- Supervising, training, mentoring, and coaching the QA team, including performance management and recruitment.
- Investigating deviations and non-conformances, identifying root causes, and implementing CAPAs.
- Collaborating with production, development, and engineering teams to integrate quality standards across the product lifecycle.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and presenting key quality metrics to senior management.
- Leading the change control committee to ensure proper documentation and approval of process, equipment, and product changes.

Qualifications required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to excellence.
