We are hiring for a client. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounting, finance, tax laws, statutory and business strategy, This position will oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, reporting, risk management, and investor relations.

Key responsibilities

✳️ IPO readiness experience
✳️Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standard in line with Bursa Malaysia and Securities Commission reporting requirements, as well as other local and international regulatory standards.
✳️Oversee the full spectrum of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and analysis.
✳️Develop and implement financial strategies and provide insights and recommendations to support the company's growth, profitability and decision making.
✳️Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control

Qualification
🟢Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA, ACCA or CA certification preferred.

Mechanical Design Engineer

The ideal candidate is someone with strong proficiency in SolidWorks and a passion for designing innovative, custom-built machines. This role requires hands-on engineering capabilities and cross-functional collaboration to bring concepts into working reality

Key Responsibilities:
⏺️Lead the design and development of custom machines and automation equipment based on specific project or client requirements.
⏺️Create detailed mechanical designs, 3D models, and production drawings using SolidWorks.
⏺️Work closely with electrical and electronic engineers to integrate control systems, sensors, and actuators into mechanical designs.
⏺️Ensure all mechanical designs comply with safety, performance, and manufacturing standards.
⏺️Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and prototype validation processes.
⏺️Oversee the manufacturing and assembly process, providing support to fabrication and assembly teams to resolve design issues.
⏺️Prepare and maintain complete design documentation including BOMs, technical specifications, and manuals.
⏺️Continuously improve existing designs to enhance functionality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness

Required Skills & Qualifications:
🟢Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
🟢Minimum 3 years of experience in machine design or mechanical product development.
🟢Proficient in SolidWorks – including advanced surfacing, simulation, and drawing tools.
🟢Knowledge of automation systems, motion control, pneumatics, and sensor integration.
🟢Understanding of basic electrical/electronic components used in machine design (e.g., PLCs, HMIs, drives, IOs).

I recently conducted “ESG Essentials: Building a Sustainable Future,” an awareness session on the fundamentals of ESG and its impact on both individuals and organizations.
