I normally don't have the time to sit through TED Talks but this one will be worth your 20+mins. She talks about how tiny tweeks will make big differences in your life. Such as how you can fake it till you BECOME it, through body language. If you practise these 'power' stances for 2 mins every day, you will eventually feel more confident & assured. Watch this if you need to understand how your body acts when you are less assured & what you can do about it.
