๐‘ฑ๐’๐’ƒ ๐‘ซ๐’†๐’”๐’„๐’“๐’Š๐’‘๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’๐’”:-
โ€ข To update accounts transactions accordingly.
โ€ข Perform day-to-day accounting operations.
โ€ข Update and monitor current bank accounts, HDA accounts and daily cash positions.
โ€ข Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations, including inter companies and bank reconciliations.
โ€ข To assist in audit matters (eg: preparing and providing documents to auditors) to ensure smooth and successful audit process.
โ€ข Update of all creditorsโ€™ bills accurately.
โ€ข Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, stakeholder & etc.

๐‘ฑ๐’๐’ƒ ๐‘น๐’†๐’’๐’–๐’Š๐’“๐’†๐’Ž๐’†๐’๐’•:-
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in accountancy, finance or a professional qualification.
โ€ข Minimum 3 - 4 year(s) of relevant working experience preferably with Property Development / Construction industry
โ€ข Proficiency in MS Office package (Excel. etc) and experience with property accounting software.
โ€ข Experience and knowledge in HDA Act is beneficial.
