Construction/Property Development

Responsibilities:

• Drive 100% EHS compliance throughout the outage and in accordance to customer EHS targets
• Promote HSE programs, procedures, and tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and our best practices
• Drive risk reduction projects by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing appropriate corrective actions
• Interact with our Field Engineers, Employees & subcontractor to promote safety programs, accident prevention
• Prepare and update Risk Assessment & Job Hazards Analysis related to the scope of work and provide guidance to site operational teams (Lead TA).
• Submit Advance Communication Notice for incident happened at the site and prepare immediate Root Cause Analysis for circulation to Global EHS.
• Provide technical leadership for job safety risk assessments (SRA) and job Hazard analysis
• Lead the Outage Weekly Safety Meeting and encourage participation of our subcontractor & customer.

• Provide technical leadership for job safety risk assessments (SRA) and job Hazard analysis
• To carry out monitoring and auditing on all environmental issues.
• Periodic sampling and testing of environmental pollution control and preparation of the report.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health / Safety or related science, nationally recognized practical qualification in Health and Safety or relevant equivalent.
• Green Book for Safety & Health Officer is a must.
• Minimum 5 - 10 years working experience in construction industry.
• Possess competent certification of safety practitioner from NIOSH and registered with DOSH is pre-requisite.
• Able to develop and enforce system & procedure on preventive methods to secure good working environment for workers and clients.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007 is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, possess good leadership and result oriented.
• Good communication skills in English written and verbal.
• Experience in Hospital/High Rise and multimillion projects is an added advantage.

We are looking for an Architect position in KL.

Below are the details:

Company: Public Listed Construction Company (Company name will be disclosed after candidate been shortlisted for interview session)

Responsibilities:-
• Liaising with relevant consultants and authorities e.g.: correspondences, meeting, etc.
• Attending site inspection/visit to ensure project proceed accordingly to contract specification and QA/QC.
• Checking and superimposing all consultants’ drawing for discrepancies.
• Advise management on design proposed by consultants.
• Materials selection and recommendation for management approval.

Requirements:-
• Professional Degree in Architecture. (Exemption from Part 2 RIBA or equivalent). Membership of LAM would be advantageous.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant working experience in development of high en high rise buildings.
• Sound knowledge of contractual procedures, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with client, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Self-disciplined, responsible, self-motivated and mature personality.
• Plan, direct, manage, monitor, control and coordinate the architecture works in order to achieve timely completion of the project within specified quality, specifications and cost.
• Ensure architecture quality management and adequate coordination of works, duties, and responsibilities among consultants’ site personnel.
• Resolve technical and contractual issues to avoid any possible delay.
• Technically adept and well versed in reading drawings, specification and testing of materials.
• Able to give and received instructions and work as a team.
• Able to handle pressure, thinking out of the box, assessing and resolving issues.
• Good communication skills in English written and verbal.
• Salary Range is between RM 6, 000 – RM 9, 000.
