Considering a healthcare career overseas or in Malaysia? Salary is only one part of the decision. Different markets come with different pay structures, benefits, living costs and career opportunities.

If you plan to gain experience abroad and return to Malaysia later, your local salary will usually be considered alongside the Malaysian market, your role, experience and skills.

International experience can add value to your profile, especially when combined with relevant expertise, exposure and career progression.

At Melorita, we do our best to help you understand opportunities across both local and international markets and identify packages that suit your career goals. Visit the Melorita website to learn more about healthcare job opportunities and explore your options.
