Position: Information Counter
Mitsui Outlet Park, Sepang
Shift: 8:30am to 5:30pm / 2:30pm to 10:30pm (Roster 5 days’ work 1 day Off)
6 months contract (Renewable Contract)
Basic RM1,500 - RM1,800 & RM250 allowances
• Ensures customer service is conducted in a courteous and professional manner to customers and all other
employees.
• Perform Cashier duties to include the counting and recording of moneys received, expended, and recorded in the cash register. Record and verify sales, logs, cash refunds and balance sheet.
• Provide accurate information as requested by customers at the desk or over the phone.
• Contact Building Managers concerning event requests, building maintenance, and emergency situations.
• Provide lost and found services. This includes logging lost items as well as logging turned-in items, and
assisting customers who have lost their items.
• Secure everything at Information and Services desk at the end of each shift.
