📌 Job Responsibilities:
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain a set of accounting documents, records and filings
• Handle full sets of accounts and all financial reporting activities, including tax submission
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports, statutory financial statements and consolidated accounts
• Prepare management and financial statement analysis reports
• Prepare and participate in the annual external audit process, annual internal audit process, and monthly and yearly account closing processes
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and governmental agencies as required by our company
• Maintain proper finance reports and filling system at all times
• Assist on administrative or other duties from time to time as required by management

📌 Job Requirements:
• Possess an LCCI, ACCA, CIMA, or related diploma/bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• At least 5 years of experience in an accounting department
• Familiarity with book-keeping and basic accounting procedures
• Lengthy experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting Systems
• Well-versed with Malaysian regulations and tax laws
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Interpersonal qualities to work independently and with teams
