ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. This role combines accounting responsibilities with client relationship management and business development support. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and driven to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage and handle full set of accounts
-Ensure accounts payable are processed efficiently and accurately
-Prepare financial reports and maintain proper documentation
-Prepare and issue Invoice to customers
-Assist in daily invoices reporting
-Follow up on outstanding payments and pricing and documents
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
-Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
-Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated solutions
-Identify and convert new business opportunities

Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
-Experience in sales or account management is an added advantage
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
-Proficient in SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft Office
-High level of integrity and attention to detail
