Job Description

Perform professional treatments including facial and body treatments safe and comfortable manner.
Develop company business by building client relation and consistent follow up
Recommend products and treatments in accordance with client requirements
Therapist also responsible to serve walk-in customer when there is no appointment.
Perform duties as assigned by the outlet superior such as:
Prepare the treatment room before each treatment
Check that all necessary products are in sufficient quantities
Ensure room cleanliness and tidiness of the treatment room
Tidy the room and prepare the material required for the treatment (towels, headband, cushions)
Check the temperature & lighting
Requirements

Working experience in skin care/ beauty industry.
Must have good sales skills and ability to consult customers to buy services / packages.
Excellent customer servicing skills, friendly, and able to provide personalized services based on each client’s requirements
Cert/diploma/degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology or relevant field is an advantage
Ability to work as part of a team, possess good attitude and demonstrate high creativity.
Experience or without experience are encouraged to apply
PC skills – basic Microsoft Office Application and social media replying.
Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
Working hour 11AM - 8PM
