Job description
1. Attending, supervising and monitoring property maintenance, servicing, rectification, renovation and installation works carried out by contractors
2. Manage and coordinate all operation matters relating to Property Management and Administration
3. Liaise with the authorities, customers, consultants
4. Issue the receipts for the payment made by the customers for the maintenance charges
5. Maintain proper records on Company Properties' rental collection, maintenance records, expense management and correspondence with all relevant parties in relation to Company Properties
6. Sourcing for, liaising and coordinating with 3rd party service providers (e.g. real estate agents, contractors for maintenance, repair or renovation, cleaning, pest control, etc.) as required or instructed
7. Take on ad-hoc assignments related to the job as and when required

Salary: RM1500 ++

Key Requirement
1. Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in administrative/ property management function
2. An ideal candidate would be willing to work independently and with minimal instruction/oversight (initial guidance provided)
3. Willing to learn, responsible and a flexible
4. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
5. Willing to work at Sungai Buloh
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
