TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Exhibit high level of initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills as they are required to work with many other groups and offshore personnel.
·Hold active Well Control certification.
·Knowlegeable on integrity aspects of wells (well construction/drilling/ completion/intervention, risks associated with wells with defective barriers, risk mitigation on wells with integrity issues, and potential remediation plans).
·Provide engineering support for well workovers, well completions, well rigless operations, Production well surveillance, budget preparations and contract administration.
·Optimize Wellwork planning including securing technical approvals from PETRONAS timely, operation and costs within the existing logistic limitations.
·Able to improve current completion designs and procedures and well operating practices to minimize mechanical problems, optimize cost and enhance safety.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Science in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• A minimum of 7 years in Subsurface (Well Intervention / Integrity) / Workover engineering
• Able to effectively organize and communicate thoughts
• Experience with well design software as well as Microsoft applications
• Read, write and speak fluent English
• Industry experience with well planning and ex*****on

POSITION : Maintenance Planner / Scheduler I
POINT OF HIRE : Kuala Lumpur

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Demonstrates SAFETY is the top priority
• Participates in planning with Core/Work Teams
• Plans and schedules any Routine Maintenance work required
• Works with Planner in developing schedule, cost estimates and equipment planning for Routine work to be accomplished during the Turnaround window
• Able to plan complex job and develop resource plan with Scheduler, Ex*****on lead, and Operations across all disciplines. Able to identify and monitor critical and sub-critical paths for major events.
• Able to apply advanced functions of Planning & Estimating Tools, as applicable to the position. Able to educate field ex*****on personnel on look-ahead schedules, and help ensure timely work progression.
• Able to provide input to maintenance work Contracting/Procurement strategy and steward to that plan.
• Able to resolve scheduling issues, including: Negative Float, Out-of-sequence updates, resource overloads, scope change, progress validation, etc.
• Able to develop a complete job plan with materials, resources and timeline.
• Able to provide input into material of construction selection and management.
• Able to plan, estimate, track and schedule Field Order Changes (FCO's).
• Able to apply planning logic, such as, lead, lag, critical path and milestones.
• Able to adequately assess work contingencies with schedule impact, lead coordination activity between teams should contingencies arise.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-10 years of closely related professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering within an applicable discipline, appropriate certification(s) within discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely convey recommendations to management
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
• Proficient in selected scheduling and planning software
• Demonstrates good leadership skills in Work Team meetings to remove barriers and steward action items and cost profile to work plan and cost estimates.

We are looking for Planning Technician I / ES Scheduler
Location : Kuala Lumpur
Duration : 12 month

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
·The Scheduler is responsible for creating, updating and integrating engineer’s work schedulesWorks closely with Team Leads to build, evaluate and optimize schedules.
·Provide support to the Project Planning & Reporting Team Lead and team members.
·An understanding of critical path methodology to ensure, and communicate, timely delivery of milestone tasks.
·Proven on-the-job capability/skills/leadership
·Independent/proactive business judgment skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum diploma holder or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
-1 year minimum of experience in project scheduling in Oil and Gas industry.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
-An understanding of critical path methodology to ensure, and communicate, timely delivery of milestone tasks.
-Requires strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and database applications.
-Basic knowledge in Visualization tools i.e. Tableau and Power BI is ideal
-Ability to multi-task.
-Ability to work under pressure (timelines and deadlines) when required.
-General understanding of downstream oil and gas equipment is desirable but not necessary.
