Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Salary Range: RM2,000 – RM3,500
Employment Type: Full-Time | Rotational Shift Basis

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email for company-related products.
• Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to handle and resolve customer frustrations effectively.
• Identify the customer's technical knowledge level and adjust communication accordingly to solve the issue efficiently.
• Conduct basic probing and troubleshooting to determine the next steps for any software-related enquiries.
• Handle all inbound calls related to general enquiries, complaints, feedback, and issues related to the company’s services and products.
• Deliver service excellence by exceeding customer expectations and providing accurate information.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Job Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken Mandarin is essential).
• Minimum qualification: SPM.
• Fresh graduates with Certificates/Diploma/Degree in IT are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in the service industry will have an added advantage.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts and rotating off days.
• Each shift includes 9 working hours (inclusive of 1-hour break).
• Willing to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
