🇲🇾 SELAMAT HARI MERDEKA KE-69, MALAYSIA! 🇲🇾

Merdeka is more than a celebration.
It is a reminder.

A reminder of the generations before us who lived through hardship, worked with very little, sacrificed their comfort, and fought to give the next generation a better life.

They dreamed of a Malaysia where their children could have education, opportunity, dignity and freedom.

Today, we live with conveniences they could only dream of.

And sometimes, in the comfort of our lives, we forget how far we have come.

At BrainHunters, we believe that the true strength of Malaysia has always been its people.

Every worker.
Every entrepreneur.
Every parent.
Every young Malaysian chasing a better future.

Different races. Different backgrounds. Different stories but one Malaysia, one future.

As we celebrate Merdeka, let us not only remember the freedom we inherited, but also recognise the responsibility we carry to build a better Malaysia for the generation after us.

Let us create more opportunities.
Let us empower our people.
Let us build stronger communities.
And let us leave behind a Malaysia that our children will be proud to call home.

🇲🇾 Freedom was our inheritance.
Building a better Malaysia is our responsibility.

Selamat Hari Merdeka ke-69!

From all of us at BrainHunters
Together, we work. Together, we grow. Together, we build Malaysia.

❤️💙💛 MERDEKA! MERDEKA! MERDEKA! 🇲🇾

Perak is transitioning from commodities to a high-tech industrial powerhouse under the Perak Sejahtera 2030 plan. The state has secured RM15.75 billion in approved investments across 560 projects, transforming Ipoh into a hub for innovation, investment, and high-skilled talent.

Core Economic Growth Drivers

1. Industrial & Manufacturing Hubs
Silver Valley Technology Park (SVTP) : An 816-acre hub in Hulu Kinta focused on advanced manufacturing, AI, robotics, and nanotechnology.

Kerian Integrated Green Industrial Park : A federally backed green initiative attracting clean technology and eco-manufacturing.

Automotive Expansion : High-value investments from Proton and BYD establishing Tanjung Malim as a regional automotive leader.

2. Digital Infrastructure & AI
NexQuantum AI Digital Park : A RM1 billion partnership in Ipoh featuring an AI-ready 32MW liquid-cooled data center.

Smart City Ipoh 2030: A blueprint deploying high-speed broadband, electric buses, and AI smart monitoring.

3. Logistics & Connectivity
Ipoh Sentral: A multi-billion ringgit modern transportation and mixed-use urban hub.
Logistics Backbone: Enhanced regional connectivity via the PLUS Expressway expansion, West Coast Expressway (WCE), and Lumut Maritime Industrial City (LuMIC).

4. Stakeholder Impact
Investors: Rising property demand in Hulu Kinta and Tanjung Malim near major employment hubs.
Businesses: Access to targeted tax exemptions, grants, and infrastructure support under state development roadmaps.
Talent: Growing local job market for high-income roles in engineering, data analysis, and smart manufacturing.

Stronger together, from the adventure to the dining table!

We recently took a short break from our routine to connect, recharge, and align as a team with an unforgettable getaway to Ipoh.
We hit up a few incredible locations across the city, starting with a high-energy team-building session at the Lost World of Tambun and wrapping up the day with an amazing dinner feast and followed by lunch in a famous legendary briyani shop in Ipoh.

At the end of the day, our growth isn't just about business metrics, it’s about the trust, synergy, and incredible culture we build when we come together.

A massive shout-out to this amazing crew for bringing their absolute best energy to every single stop. Ready to crush our next milestones together! 😎💪❤️

Mentorship Program 2026

Recently, we at BrainHunters initiated a Mentorship Training Program for our Associates as part of our commitment to building a high-performing recruitment team. In the recruitment industry, success is not just about filling roles , it’s about understanding people, leadership, and the evolving talent market.

This program equips our consultants with deeper insights into leadership, talent development, and industry best practices, enabling us to serve both clients and candidates with greater professionalism, empathy, and strategic thinking.

Through mentorship and continuous learning, we are strengthening our ability to connect the right talent with the right opportunities, while also developing future leaders within our own organization.

Thank you, Mr. Vijay Sivaram , for generously sharing your industry experience and leadership knowledge with our team. Your insights will greatly support our associates as they continue to grow and deliver excellence in the recruitment industry.

Proud to be part of a company that invests in its people so we can better serve the market 🚀

Team building 2025 - BrainHunters

Day 2 is more relaxed and focuses on bonding through outdoor adventure.

The day began with a light morning refresh to energize the team before checking out and heading to X-Park Port Dickson.

There, everyone participated in group-based outdoor activities designed to strengthen teamwork and unity.

The team-building journey concluded at 1:30 PM, wrapping up the experience on a positive and collaborative note.

Lessons :

We may not have brought home the winning trophy, but we definitely brought back laughter, memories, and stronger teamwork💪🏼✨

From completing challenges together, to cheering each other on every moment was full of energy, spirit, and support.

Team building wasn’t just about the obstacles, it was about communication, trust, and moving forward as one.
We learned to block the noise, rely on each other’s strengths, and solve problems together.

Nothing was build through perfection, we came in as colleagues and walked out as a stronger team.

We had a great experience as a team and truly had the chance to collaborate with everyone.

Thank you to the management for organizing and arranging this meaningful team-building session.

Team Building 2025 - BrainHunters

Throwback to one of the best memories with my team, our company team building a few days ago!

Day 1 - focuses on energizing the team, strengthening communication, building trust, and improving collaboration through workshops, group challenges, and bonding activities.

The day began with an energizing icebreaker, “Two Truths and a Lie,” to break barriers and help everyone feel comfortable, followed by a Team Expectations Workshop to align on shared values, norms, and teamwork expectations.

The Marshmallow Tower Challenge encouraged hands-on collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving, while the Sales Experience Sharing session allowed team members to exchange real stories that inspired and motivated others.

The outdoor movement activities, such as a scavenger hunt or team rally, added excitement and strengthened cooperation.

In the Communication Workshop, “Listen to Lead,” the team participated in role-plays and exercises to build better listening skills, empathy, clarity, and leadership.

The day continued with reflection and recognition moments, where the team reviewed key learnings and celebrated contributions.

Evening activities included a Debrief & Appreciation Circle, fun icebreaker games like “Human Bingo” or “Team Trivia”and ended with a relaxing free-and-easy dinner and pool time.

Below are the few snaps from our day 1 team building moments 😅✨
