The HR & Admin. Manager is responsible to to plan, lead, organise and control all the HR functions inclusive Training and Development, Selection and Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefit, Industrial Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Responsibilities:
● To oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR & Administration Management.
● To design, implement and document all policies, procedures and best practices.
● To improve recruitment and employee exit processes.
● To design and implement talent and human capital management.
● To oversee and co-ordinate on IT functions.
● To review employees' benefits for further improvement.
● To build HR into stronger functions to support the organizations needs and business direction.
● To manage & advice Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, terminations and other employee related matters in compliance with local labour laws/Industrial Relations Act as well as Employment Act.
● To ensure compliance to all relevant internal and external governance, regulation and procedures.
● To drive implementation of KPIs and KRAs.
● To undertake other related jobs/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
● Must have at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or it's equivalent
● Have at least five (5) years of experience in similar capacity.
Experienced as a HR Generalist in Construction Industry is an added advantage.
● Need to have a deep knowledge of TNA, Training plan, Employee relations and CSR.
● Team player, good in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
● Able to communicate professionally at all level of management and staff
● Have excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in MS Access is an added advantage.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
● Must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities
● Analytical and able to think through solutions to solve challenges.
● Have excellent command of English and Bahasa. Mandarin is an added advantage.
● Meticulous and persistent in achieving desired objectives.
● Strong knowledge in key statutory related to HR such as EA, IR and related Act
