The HR & Admin. Manager is responsible to to plan, lead, organise and control all the HR functions inclusive Training and Development, Selection and Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefit, Industrial Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Responsibilities:
● To oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR & Administration Management.
● To design, implement and document all policies, procedures and best practices.

● To drive implementation of KPIs and KRAs.

Requirements:
● Must have at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or it's equivalent
● Have at least five (5) years of experience in similar capacity.
Experienced as a HR Generalist in Construction Industry is an added advantage.
● Need to have a deep knowledge of TNA, Training plan, Employee relations and CSR.
● Team player, good in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
● Able to communicate professionally at all level of management and staff
● Have excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in MS Access is an added advantage.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
● Must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities
● Analytical and able to think through solutions to solve challenges.
● Have excellent command of English and Bahasa. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Food Truck Driver

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of food truck operations – scheduling, ordering, inventory, discipline, etc.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations on food truck.
• Driving food truck responsibly to various venues.
• Set-up for events by putting tables/kitchen wares in place.
• Ability and willingness to cross train to all 4 potential food truck positions including; driving, window attendant, cook and bartender.
• Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a truck driver.
• Full-service restaurant/catering/banquet/food delivery experience a plus.
• No recent moving or driving violations.
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc).
• Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations.
• Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent.
