MIDA 外籍员工系统（MES）自 2026 年 3 月 16 日起实施，标志着通过数字化和一体化方式简化外籍员工申请管理的重要里程碑。通过该系统，从外籍职位申请、就业准证（Employment Pass）及专业访问准证（Professional Visit Pass，Talent）的审批，到电子准证（ePass）的盖章，整个流程均可在一个一站式平台内完成，速度更快、透明度更高且更便于使用。
马来西亚移民局（JIM）在该体系中发挥着关键作用，通过整合 myIMMs 系统，持续加强安全性、审核机制及移民合规性。MES 的实施体现了 MIDA、内政部（KDN）、JIM 以及 MyXpats Centre 之间的战略合作，在提升服务效率的同时，确保国家安全与体系完整性不受影响。
The implementation of the MIDA Expatriate System (MES), effective 16 March 2026, marks a significant step forward in streamlining the management of expatriate applications through a digital and integrated approach. Through this system, the entire process from expatriate position applications, approval of Employment Passes and Professional Visit Pass (Talent), to ePass endorsement is carried out within a single one-stop platform that is faster, more transparent, and user-friendly.
The Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM) plays a crucial role in ensuring that security, verification, and immigration compliance are continuously strengthened through the integration of the myIMMs system within this ecosystem. The implementation of MES reflects strategic collaboration between MIDA, the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN), JIM, and the MyXpats Centre in enhancing service delivery efficiency without compromising national security and integrity.
