Welcoming a domestic helper into your home is an important decision. You want a suitable match for your family—and confidence that the required steps have been followed. 🏡🤝
At Agensi Pekerjaan Hai Yang, our domestic helpers undergo FOMEMA medical screening as part of the required employment process in Malaysia.
The screening includes:
🩺 Medical examination
🫁 Chest X-ray
🧪 Laboratory tests
These checks assess a helper’s medical suitability for employment and form an important part of the work-permit process. ✅
From reviewing available profiles to understanding the hiring requirements, our team is here to guide you through the process with clear information and practical support. 💙

📚 YES, OUR MAIDS DID THEIR HOMEWORK! ✅
As part of their preparation at our agency, our domestic helpers write down what they have learned during training and reflect on the journey ahead. ✍️🏡
Their homework covers important topics, including:
📝 Their purpose for working in Malaysia
📅 The duration of their two-year employment contract
🏠 Their duties and responsibilities in the employer’s home
🤝 What they should do if they experience difficulties during their contract
This activity helps us understand each helper’s goals, expectations and level of preparedness before she begins working with an employer.
It also gives our team an opportunity to provide the right guidance, address any misunderstandings and encourage every helper to communicate responsibly when challenges arise. 💙
Our aim is to prepare them mentally and practically for life in Malaysia—so they understand their responsibilities and remain motivated to complete their contracts successfully. 🌟
At Agensi Pekerjaan Hai Yang, we don’t just train. We prepare her for your home.
