Customer Support
Basic Salary : RM 2500 ~ RM3500
Working hours: 9-hour shift (including one-hour break, 6 days a week)
6 days work allowance
Evening allowance
Performance allowance
Work Location: Work From Home

Company Background: Call Centre (MNC Company)
Shift Schedule: Morning shift 7AM-4PM / Afternoon class 3PM-12AM / Evening shift 10PM - 7AM
Requirements:
Home Wifi 30mbps Above
Can Work In Shift
Chinese Requirement (Taiwan Company)
Can talk Mandarin & type Traditional Chinese
The job content is to answer the phone and provide solutions to customers. For example, after the customer ordered the meal and did not receive the meal, you need to help the customer to check the progress, status, etc.
