We have immediate opportunity for Customer Service located in Chan Sow Lin, Segambut and Section 51A

Salary range : RM 2,800.00 - RM 3,500.00

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
- High-quality communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Honesty and commitment to accomplish tasks, and the ability to
work quickly and accurately.
- Able to work comfortably with figures and computer-related
work.

1. Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers to constantly strive for the reasonable purchase price while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability and service.

2. Cooperate with Product Development Department for sourcing, selecting and approval of new material/ supplier. Continually identifying new opportunities for cost reduction and innovation across the portfolio.

3. Develop and execute a strategic sourcing strategy for raw material in alignment with company objective.

4. Develop negotiation strategy and lead negotiation to optimize the cost saving.

5. Involve in vendor development such as vendor audit, vendor visit and etc.

6. Monitor feedstock market price trends and market information. Conduct supply market analysis, cost modelling and benchmarking.

7. Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationship with supplier.

8. Ensuring proper priority and progress, resolving issues and obstacles as needed to drive appropriate outcome.

9. Managing sourcing projects and ensuring timely ex*****on based upon project timeline.

10. Identifying opportunities to leverage existing supplier relationship, obtain price reduction.

11. Work closely with purchaser in term of new vendor qualification and implementation.

12. Conduct bi-monthly meeting to review sourcing status and portfolio.

13. Actively explore the new /alternate raw material from Asia especially China.

14. Source new raw materials for China plant.
