Job Scope;
▪️call customers who already ordered their products online;
▪️check and confirm with customer the delivery address, pricing, payment terms, product description and consuming method, offer course plan and inform about other promotions, if there is any.
▪️update the system for delivery team to send the product to confirmed address. This is called "approval" or successful confirmed order
▪️update hourly sales report and report to Supervisor of the day/ Manager
▪️follow and acknowledge all instructions received from Supervisor/Manage
