As the global pandemic "reared it un-ending nasty head" into the last quarter of 2020, elements of staff happiness such as staff wellness, their stress levels and well-being and the inadvertent overlap into how-to-be-better-parents too (what with the need to juggle work and other related Work-from-Home matters for many staff) makes Staff Happiness all the more crucial than ever before in any companies around the world.

Archaic practices of purely monetary retention are on its way out, whilst other more positive touch-points such as open communications and culture of trust are the way-forward - essentially, staff knowing that their managers and their companies literally have their backs in all angles - their career development for current role (and future) and practicing fairness and meritocracy, just to name a few.

All these culminates into positive Cultural Affinity, which sustains Staff Happiness; which I call C.A.S.H. Methodology. And subsequently this simple, yet profound, "Sustainable Staff Equation" kicks in:

1) With Staff Happiness achieved, there will be happier, committed and more engaged workforce;
2) Which result in my Clients having happier and an abundance of Customers.
3) Needless to say, this translates to my Clients achieving Better and Sustainable Business Results!

I am so humbled and proud at the same time; my small and humble business endeavour has been bestowed in-absentia the Silver and Bronze awards respectively for the "Recruitment Agency of the Year" and "Best New Recruitment Firm" for this year's 2020 Malaysia edition of Asia Recruitment Awards last evening!

Recently had a great opportunity to get up close and personal again with the great students of TARUC/CIMA Society in an event they organized for graduating/internship students specifically - "How To Kick-Start Your Career".

Shared with them on how to prepare killer resumes to get noticed by the hiring managers and recruiters. And next up was how to prepare for and nail the all-important interview session(s) to secure their first jobs!

Would like to take this opportunity to do a shout-out to and record a heartiest THANK YOU to Jia Tian and her superb organizing committee for a such a well-organized event!
