Position : Operation Executive

Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees

Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions

Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures

Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends

Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions

Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping

Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes

Manage relationships with key operations vendors

Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels

Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment

Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. In particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities, such as breaking a fence or tape residue on flooring

Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints

Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.

Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings

Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses

Job Descriptions :
1)Leads and manages marketing department staff by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects

2)Assists in interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training of new marketing department staff

3)Manages the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans

4)Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts

5)Regularly interacts with marketing managers to receive information and updates about marketing staff progress and results

6)Evaluates marketing reports and sales data compiled by marketing staff members

7)Presents regular updates and information to other department heads and executives

Position : HR MANAGER
Office : Hayda Scarf HQ (Kota Bharu, Kelantan)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Top Management in the full spectrum of HR, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, payroll, performance management, etc.
- Liaising with related local authorities (eg; JKKP, KWSP, SOCSO, etc.)
- To assist team understand the job scopes of each specialists, create back-ups among team and act as internal trainer/mentor to the team.
- Prepare correspondence letters for new appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer etc.
- Ensure proper HR record-keeping.
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing, staff attendance and leave management.
- Provide hands-on administrative support which include filing, drafting letters, and maintaining solid database of HR & employee information. Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS
1) Candidate must possess at least
2) Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
3) Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
4) At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5) Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
