📣APPLY SOCSO FOR UR MAID - REGISTRATION OPENS 16/6/2021📣
Effective 1/6/2021, employer shall register their maid with SOCSO and contribute to the Employment Injury Scheme under the employees’ social security act 1969 (Act 4).
👉🏻Rate of contribution by employer : *1.25% of maid monthly salary* and to be paid by employer.
Registration can be done at PERKESO OFFICE or through ONLINE VIA ASSIST PORTAL.
⭕️Registration via ONLINE
1) Download Form - BORANG PENDAFTARAN ID PORTAL, fill in and email to : [email protected], get ID in order to access ASSIST PORTAL.
2) Log in ASSIST, register employer and maid’s details.
3) Upload Borang 1, Borang Pendaftaran Pekerja Domestik, Employer IC Copy and Maid Passport Copy
4) Receive “Kod Majikan” and “No. KSPDA”
⭕️Registration at COUNTER
1) Bring Borang 1, Borang Pendaftaran Pekerja Domestik, Employer IC Copy and Maid Passport Copy, submit to the counter and get Kod Majikan and No KSPDA.
If maid current insurance is still active, employer may continue use it until the policy expire then only apply with SOCSO. It is compulsory for employer to register SOCSO for their maid and must register before 👉🏻31/05/2022
Failure to do so will result in a maximum penalty of 2 years' jail and RM10,000 fine.
