Our home cleaning service within the Kampar area is charged at RM18 per hour. For residential cleaning services, all cleaning supplies and equipment are to be provided by the homeowner. This is a standard practice followed by most cleaning service providers.
Most of our regular and repeat customers are well aware of how our service operates, and we always do our best to provide satisfactory cleaning services.
However, we will not tolerate any shouting, rude behavior, or disrespect towards our staff. If there are any genuine flaws or mistakes in our service, we are always willing to accept feedback and improve. But unreasonable complaints from those who do not understand how residential cleaning services work will not be entertained.
If this is your first time hiring a cleaner, kindly discuss and understand the service details beforehand to avoid misunderstandings. Please also understand the difference between residential home cleaning and commercial cleaning services.
We reserve the right to reject future cleaning requests from disrespectful customers.
