Lokasi: Taman Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram
Waktu Bekerja: 5 hari seminggu (8.00 pagi – 6.00 petang)

🧰 Jawatan & Skop kerja

1. Operator Mesin Konvensional (Mesin Milling) (Min SPM | Gaji: RM1800-2000)
- Mengendalikan mesin, melakukan pembersihan dan pemeriksaan penyelenggaraan asas.
* Mengemas kini laporan kerja harian kepada Ketua Jabatan.
* Memastikan kawasan kerja sentiasa bersih dan kemas.
* Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh penyelia.

2. Technician Mesin CNC Bending (Min SPM | Gaji: RM1800-2000)
* Mengendalikan mesin, melakukan pembersihan dan pemeriksaan penyelenggaraan asas.
* Mengemas kini laporan kerja harian kepada Ketua Jabatan.
* Memastikan kawasan kerja sentiasa bersih dan kemas.
* Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diarahkan oleh penyelia.

3. Juruteknik CNC (Turret Punch) (Min SPM atau Diploma | Gaji: RM1800-2300)
* Mengendalikan dan memantau mesin CNC Turret Punch serta Mesin Bending.
* Memastikan mesin beroperasi dengan lancar dan mengenal pasti sebarang masalah semasa operasi.

4. Juruteknik (Jabatan Powder Coating) (Min SPM | Gaji: RM2000-2300)
* Mengendalikan peralatan dan mesin powder coating dengan selamat dan cekap.
* Menyediakan, membersihkan dan mengendalikan komponen kepingan logam sebelum proses salutan.
* Memantau ketebalan salutan, kemasan dan proses pengeringan (curing).
* Melakukan pembersihan dan penyelenggaraan rutin terhadap peralatan powder coating.
* Memastikan kawasan kerja bersih serta mematuhi peraturan keselamatan.
* Membantu dalam kerja pembungkusan, pemuatan dan tugasan sokongan pengeluaran apabila diperlukan.

✅ Kelayakan
* Minimum SPM atau Diploma.
* Boleh membaca lukisan asas Kejuruteraan Mekanikal (Mechanical Engineering Drawing Job).
* Diutamakan calon yang mempunyai pengalaman dalam *industri sheet metal.*
* Diutamakan calon yang mempunyai latar belakang pemesinan (Mesin Milling / CNC Bending).
* Sihat tubuh badan dan mempunyai kemahiran asas komputer.
* Pengalaman dalam sektor pembuatan atau operasi powder coating adalah satu kelebihan.

We're Hiring Facilities Engineer Position

Location: Taman Laman Setia, Gelang Patah,Johor.
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday- Friday)
Salary : MYR 4,000 - MYR 5,500 (depends on skills and experience)

Job Description:
1. Facility System Maintenance & Reliability & support: Cleanroom Environments, RO Water Systems, Compressed Air Systems, HVAC Systems, Wastewater Treatment Systems.
2. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control system failures promptly.
3. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for facility related downtime events.
4. Plan and execute minor facility modifications and system upgrades to improve efficiency, capacity or compliance.
5. Ensure all facility system operate in compliance with GMP (21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485), environmental regulations and safety standards (OSHA, local EHS requirements).
6. Support or lead facility qualification activities (IQ) for utilities and critical systems.
7. Update documentation of maintenance, calibrations and repairs for audits.
8. Participate in internal/external audits (FDA, ISO, EHS, DOE, JKKP) as a subject matter expert for facility systems.
9. Manage IETS operation and oversee wastewater discharge compliance and environmental standard.
10. Manage and control scheduled waste (SW) activities, including storage record updates, disposal management, and system flow coordination.
11. Participate in fire safety management, including fire safety training, monthly inspections and maintenance, annual maintenance and testing, and ensuring the normal operation of fire protection systems.
12. Develop, review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI) and maintenance plans.
13. Manage relationship with key service providers and contractors.
14. Identify and implement opportunities to optimize energy usage, reduce costs and improve system reliability.
15. Complete other tasks assigned by leader.

Requirement:
1. Min. diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building service Engineering or related field.
2. 2-5 years working experience with similar job scope. With hand-on experience in maintenance are preferred.
3. Able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
5. Good communication and teamwork skills with a high sense of responsibility.
