What an exciting day hosting a group of UPM Engineering students led by Dr. Anas Mohd Mustafah, the Senior Lecturer from Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering, UPM at our Tg. Malim Palm Oil Mill and Rubber Factory on 13 June 2026 (Saturday)! ๐ฅณ
The industrial visit kicked off with an interactive sharing session where students learned about our company's operations, the journey of oil palm and rubber processing, and the wide range of career opportunities available in KLK. It was encouraging to see the students actively participating, asking insightful questions, and showing great curiosity about the sector.
The highlight of the day was the plant tour, where students had the chance to step out of the classroom, understand the palm oil mill process and explore rubber manufacturing activities. The tour offered valuable exposure to the technologies, processes, and teamwork that drive our operations every day.
We believe that meaningful industry exposure plays an important role in bridging academic learning with practical experience. We hope this industrial visit provided the students with new perspectives, inspiration for their future careers, and a deeper appreciation of the oil palm and rubber industries.
A big thank you to Dr. Anas and all the students for spending the day with us. We enjoyed the engaging discussions and positive energy throughout the industrial visit, and we look forward to welcoming more future talents to our company!
