Responsibilities
• 負責維護和支持學校應用、系統管理和系統健康檢查
• 支持和協助各種基於 PC、Mac、筆記本電腦和網絡的項目，包括操作系統/軟件升級、補丁管理、用於 PC 和 IP VPN 站點到站點校園網絡的 Microsoft 平台
• 執行服務器的監控和管理
• 執行計劃任務，包括系統容量、性能檢查和備份作業驗證
• 支持各種集團範圍的硬件和軟件項目，同時提供涉及技術解決方案開發和交付的戰略構想
• 為最終用戶提供 IT 支持、幫助台和故障排除
• 跟踪 IT 軟件、硬件資產和保修，對 IT 安全和政策進行審計，並負責解決最終用戶問題
• 跨多個校區工作

Requirements
• 至少 3 年跨國公司 IT 經驗
• 信息技術高級文憑或學位持有者或同等學歷
• 具有 Microsoft MCSE/MCIPT、Cisco CCNA 資格
• TCP/IP Cisco 網絡、VPN、防火牆和 VOIP 的基本知識
• 豐富的微軟和Mac桌面平台經驗
• 熟悉微軟平台，如Windows server 2008/2012/2016、MS SQL 2008/2014、域控制器、Active Directory、DNS、DHCP和Office 365
• 硬件和軟件的部署和維護
• 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力
• 良好的中英文口語和書寫能力
• 獨立工作的能力
• 必須具有團隊精神，樂於助人且靈活

Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintenance and support school applications, systems administration and system health check
• Support and assist with various PC, Mac, laptop and network-based projects including OS/software upgrades, patch administration, Microsoft platform for PC and IP VPN site to site campus network
• Perform monitoring and management of servers
• Perform scheduled tasks including systems capacity, performance checks and verification of backup jobs
• Support various group wide hardware and software projects while providing strategic ideas involving the development and delivery of technology solutions
• Provide IT support, helpdesk and troubleshooting for end-users
• Tracking of IT software, hardware assets and warranty, perform audit on IT security and policies, and be responsible for solving end-user problems
• Work across multiple campuses

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years IT experience in an MNC
• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent
• With Microsoft MCSE/MCIPT, Cisco CCNA Qualifications
• Basic knowledge in TCP/IP Cisco networking, VPN, Firewall & VOIP
• Strong experience of Microsoft and Mac desktop platform
• Familiar with Microsoft platform such as Windows server 2008/2012/2016, MS SQL 2008/2014, Domain Controller, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Office 365
• Deployment and maintenance of hardware and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to work independently
• Must be a team player, willing to help and be flexible
