Admin Executive Job in Sungai Besi, KL
Responsibilities ;
Compiles and maintain records of transactions, performing variety of filing or similar clerical duties
Records orders for purchases made and post data into system
Update files and maintains all records, ensuring all are correct
Monitor and maintains office supplies and materials, ensuring that the department’s photocopying machines is adequately stocked with paper at all times
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Responsible for follow-up work to ensure all applications are complete with necessary data and supporting documents
Perform data entry tasks, tabulate, check and correct entry for input error
To provide a full range of clerical assignments as assigned
Liaison with other internal and external parties on matters relating to job functions of the department
To be a team player and to perform any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Requirement ;
Possess Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Possess good IT skills in MS Excel
Ability to work effectively and work under pressure to deadlines
Fresh graduates applicants are encouraged to apply
Those with admin experience is an advantage
Applicant must be willing to work in Sg Besi, KL, and IF required need to be travel to Cyberjaya as well.
