PROJECT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Lead, plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior design fit-out works in construction and renovation.
2. Submission of tender including budgeting estimate with the QS.
3. Work closely with Construction team & internal members on all aspects of projects, not limited to being the lead person to liaise with clients/ consultants/landlord; and briefing and negotiation with Sub contractors/Vendors.
4. Project Management and Supervision projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule.
5. Prepare and manage project schedule and report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project completion within schedule. Responsible for any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise.
6. Cost management to ensure budgets are kept, value engineer where required.
7. Attend regular site meetings and inspections.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
● Degree/ Diploma in Civil or Building Management/ Construction Management/ Interior Design
● Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design & Fit-outs industry managing sales and marketing, building project management and planning for retail, construction, commercial projects, Ability to read CAD drawings
● Ability to work under dynamic phases and stress
● Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
● Good interpersonal and communication skills
● Willing to travel for short assignment 3-6 months
● Relevant experience in Interior Design & Fit-outs will be advantage
SALARY : RM 5,000 - RM 10,000 (based on experience)
